Masterly document of transforming the character of a cultural commodity into sound, and via decomposition and manipulation giving it an entirely new structure and meaning. Acoustic signatures collected from railway stations shift into soundworks bearing the fluence and dynamics of the sound sources, yet presenting them in the form of harsh ambience often taking an overwhelming approach by piercing all senses with all-engulfing frequencies. These 8 new pieces belong to the series of this Italian sonic genius exploring field recordings, and presents by far one of his strongest works thus far.
